We are hiring a Staff Nurse to lead a nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.
Full-Time: 12-hour shifts Part-Time: Shifts from 8:00am to 2:00pm Relief: Hours offered as required / when needed Responsibilities Assist in delivering care within the home to support the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each resident's care.
Help ensure that care plans are routinely audited, remain appropriate to each resident's needs, and accurately reflect the care being provided.
Ensure all complaints are managed appropriately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Actively engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities that align with their lifestyle choices, at a pace and level that respects their dignity and individual communication needs.
Support the Clinical Care Manager in overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the home.
Requirements Eligible to register or currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Two to three years of minimum appropriate post-registration experience.
Post-registration training in dementia care and/or gerontology is very desirable.
Leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical expertise that may be demonstrated.
Needed to be qualified to work in Ireland.
