An opportunity exists to join the Nordics, Africa, Middle East & Turkey Mid-Market team as the Mid-Market Sales Leader for Middle East & North Africa (MENA), based at Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.

Success in this position requires a commitment to our company mission, a passion for people, sales coaching skills, strategic and transactional sales leadership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You should have a passion for helping ambitious individuals achieve results and grow their careers.

In addition to developing a high-performing sales team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Meta at market and regional levels to advance emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and the Metaverse's immersive capabilities.


Responsibilities:

* Lead a sales team to meet revenue and product adoption targets.
* Create a team environment that values people and embodies Meta's values, emphasizing collaboration.
* Develop talent through recruiting, training, coaching, mentorship, and career guidance.
* Implement strategic programs to grow the business in partnership with internal teams like creative, marketing, and engineering.
* Maintain a client-centric approach, focusing on understanding client sentiment to improve satisfaction and NPS.
* Build relationships with C-level clients internally and externally to showcase innovative solutions.
* Set team goals and support direct reports in co-selling to exceed revenue targets.
* Provide market feedback and product needs to the organization.
* Enhance sales operational efficiency and accelerate product adoption.


Minimum Qualifications:

* Proven success in exceeding sales metrics and revenue quotas.
* Experience in inspiring and developing teams, with effective programs to improve team health.
* Ability to define and execute sales growth strategies collaboratively.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, full funnel campaigns, and demand generation tactics.
* Experience building trust with C-level stakeholders and adopting a consultative sales approach.
* Skills in sales operations, data analytics, and effective processes and systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Fluency in Arabic, both verbal and written.
