Job Description:
This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can efficiently manage the director's calendar and optimize their time.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior director and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a dynamic, ever-changing schedule to maximize efficiency
* Travel coordination and prioritization of correspondence on behalf of the director
* Establish routines and organize workloads
* Prepare materials, reports, and presentations as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior director
* Able to anticipate needs and ease the director's workload
* Highly professional, detail-oriented, and maintains confidentiality
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
