We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This dynamic position will play a pivotal part in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver annual sales and margin targets for your portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with the Account Director and escalate issues as necessary.
* Identify client needs, upsell, and provide an efficient service.
* Supply clients with quotes and costings.
* Ensure products meet client specifications and expectations, including brand guidelines, sustainability, and target market.
* Develop bespoke products from concept through to production.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to achieve targets and deadlines.
* Highly creative, with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong ability to communicate across all aspects of the business.
* Able to grow and maintain client relationships.
