Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience Managerial experience within a similar size manufacturing, processing or distribution environment of no less than 5 years Business Degree or equivalent Proven working knowledge of Health & Safety and legal requirements within a distribution environment Ability to interpret data and effectively apply outcome to the needs of the business Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and motivate teams to deliver results.
