The role
I'm looking for a friendly IT helper to assist with a few misc tasks at my home office in Ireland. The project includes setting up a new printer on my Wi-Fi network, configuring a second monitor, updating software on my laptop, and ensuring my backup drive is properly scheduled. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon. Basic troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Windows and macOS, and a tidy, respectful approach are important.
