Job Description:
Enterprise Imaging Systems work in a business to business environment providing our own document management software to over 1000 companies across Ireland & the UK.
This role is for a Project Implementation Consultant, who will be responsible for the delivery of our portfolio of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in managing projects through the entire project life cycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading project planning sessions
2. Gathering customer requirements and providing expert advice
3. Installing and configuring our products to meet the client’s needs
4. Coordinating staff and internal resources
5. Participating in tender processes, design, submission and review
6. Managing project progress and ensuring projects meet deadlines
7. Identifying risks or issues and resolving, mitigating or escalating appropriately
8. Managing relationships with key stakeholders
9. Optimising and improving processes
Required Skills:
1. 2 or more years’ experience working in a Project Delivery role
2. Significant technical expertise
3. Proven problem solving ability
4. Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
6. Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a high performing team
7. Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
8. Experience in implementation and delivery of software projects
9. IT related qualification or certification
10. Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Windows and networking
Salary: $59,000.00-$75,000.00
