Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams in driving forward the ethos of the organisation, keeping people we support at the centre of service provision.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records to ensure high standards of care and support.
Requirements:
* Qualification appropriate to the role, such as Social Care, Nursing or other relevant qualification.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
* Recognised management course.
* Excellent communication skills, including leadership, mentoring, support and supervision.
* Robust knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.
* Full current manual driving license and own transport.
