Senior Fund Accountant


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere.



Responsibilities:


* Manage a portfolio of clients, working closely with management and junior staff to achieve their needs.
* Take an active part in the initial setup of new funds, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as required.
* Oversee the preparation and collation of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files.
* Prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports for fund entities, as well as coordinating investor servicing tasks such as on-boarding capital calls distributions shareholder statements issuance organiser board meetings shareholders' gatherings reviewing accurate records time dealing client matters ensure correct invoicing)
