The Role / Location Liffey Valley is one of Ireland's premier retail and leisure destinations, offering a dynamic mix of fashion, dining, and entertainment experiences.
, we are seeking a passionate Business Support Manager to support our on-site management team deliver best in class service to our retailers and visitors to the Centre.
Reporting directly to the Centre Director, the Business Support Manager will support key members of the management team and be responsible for ensuring the effective financial, administrative, and IT operations of the Centre.
This position will play a key part in ensuring business functions run efficiently and transparently, in complete alignment with the Centre's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Finance Administration Lead all aspects of financial management, including service charge budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting Manage purchase orders, expenditure tracking, and reconciliation processes Oversee the Gift Card reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls Support the Centre Management team Director with quarterly reforecasting, financial planning, and cost-efficiency initiatives Reporting Compliance Prepare and deliver all client reports - weekly, monthly, and quarterly - ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness Maintain strong governance and audit-ready documentation across all business processes Coordinate data collation for performance, footfall, sales, and operational reporting in collaboration with the wider management team IT Systems Management Lead on all aspects of IT management, from on-site user support to network infrastructure and systems oversight Partner with external IT providers and the client team to deliver continuous improvement and system upgrades Champion innovation and technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency and communication Be responsible for monitoring team performance against business objectives to substantiate the delivery of high standards and results To ensure everyone understands the business objectives and the part they play by championing any necessary changes and always acting as a role model Duty Management Operations Act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis, taking full responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the centre during weekends and key periods Lead incident management and ensure adherence to all operational and safety protocols Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive contract efficiencies, performance monitoring, and service delivery improvements Manage the Duty Management roster Insurance Healthy and Safety Responsible for logging, reporting and closing out all insurance claims (public and property) Work with the Operations Manager on all H S and insurance reporting Knowledge, Skills Experience Proven experience in financial or business management, ideally within retail, property, or facilities management Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, service charges, and reporting Confident in IT systems administration and network management, with the ability to lead digital initiatives Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a busy, on-site environment A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work weekends and respond to operational demands as part of the duty management rota This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly energised senior team shaping the next chapter for Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.
