Job Title: Service Improvement Officer
Service Improvement Officer are responsible for driving high-quality service delivery and improving the overall performance of our organization. This role involves coordinating statutory inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to a team of inspection officers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and quality assure statutory inspections and regulatory compliance in operational areas
* Manage monitoring of statutory and non-statutory children's foster care services
* Provide effective leadership and professional supervision to a team of inspection officers
* Examine concerns, notified incidents, and disclosures related to alternative care services
* Oversee inspection and monitoring practices, including report preparation
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years' relevant experience in childcare services
* Significant experience in management positions
* Experience in inspection or quality assurance
* Excellent understanding and knowledge of inter-agency working
* A high standard of suitability and management ability
