Job Description
Our client is an independent consultancy company providing professional asbestos consultancy services. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Asbestos Professional to undertake various tasks related to asbestos management, surveying, and air testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition, and Reinspection surveys in commercial, industrial, and residential properties and sites
* Conduct static and personal air testing
* Carry out 4-stage clearances
* Carry out smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing
* Undertake Visual inspections of asbestos enclosures
* Undertake independent audits of contractors' removal/remediation work
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) qualification or equivalent
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the asbestos industry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible attitude with ability to travel nationwide

* A basic salary between €70,000 and €80,000 per year, based on your level of experience
