Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation and people management of the Document Checking department, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
* Effectively manage the team by conducting individual feedback sessions, one-on-one meetings, regular team meetings, and monitoring staff training and development.
* Maintain a high level of service which exceeds client expectations through coordination with colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers.
* Address service failures, recommend solutions, and escalate issues as required.
Requirements

* A successful record in people management in a professional services setting.
* The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience of working in a busy deadline-driven environment, preferably 24/7.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to multitask, work effectively and manage personal deadlines.
