Responsibilities
* Assist in food preparation and cooking high‑quality dishes for breakfast service
* Prepare vegetables, meats, and fish according to menu specifications
* Support other chefs and manage kitchen station tasks
* Maintain stock rotation, clean stations, and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
* Contribute to overall kitchen and food safety compliance
Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of all kitchen sections and ability to work under limited supervision
* Good oral communication and numeracy skills
* Understanding of health and safety, basic food hygiene practices, and taste of basic food quality
* Enthusiasm to develop your own skills, adaptability to change, and willingness to embrace new ideas
* Positive, approachable manner and strong teamwork qualities
