Job Title: Radiology Clerical Manager

The role of the Radiology Clerical Manager is a key position within the radiology directorate, responsible for managing the clerical team to ensure smooth running of services.


About the Role:

This senior administrative position requires an individual with exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the clerical teams in both the main radiology department and primary care centre radiology department.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support Radiography Services Managers in relation to radiology clerical services
* Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage
* Collaborate with Clinical Director and Radiography Services Managers on initiatives
* Participate in waiting list management and escalate issues as necessary
* Promote continuing education for clerical staff
* Ensure staff understand the importance of quality and work to standards


Requirements:

* Must have at least Grade D3 in five subjects or equivalent
* Four years' relevant experience in administration or related field
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience
* Practical IT skills, including NIMIS
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
