The PM will work closely with the Florida based team as the company expands further into the medical device market. Candidates coming from medical device manufacturing background encouraged to apply. Hours of work: Our client operates a system of core hours Mon-Friday to enable a 2pm Friday finish. Salary: Very competitive with 20% bonus and health insurance Key Responsibilities Manages various ever changing projects Reviews status of projects and budgets, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders. Establishes operational plans and implements policies and strategies. Decisions impact program schedules, customer satisfaction levels, or allocation of time, material resources, expenditures and funds. Key requirements: Degree in a relevant engineering discipline. PMP certification advantageous but not essential Class II medical device advantageous but not essential A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
