We are an emergency business and this role is critical in delivering a consistent and reliable service to our customers.What the job involves:Operations:Being responsible for incoming enquiries by phone, email and online booking formsUsing a software package to input customer information and allocate jobs to on site crews, and ensuring job notes are updated as they ariseSending relevant paperwork to customer in advance of jobIssuing of relevant post work documentation including reportsAdministration:Keeping customer portals up to date with training certs and inductionsKeeping staff training up to date and on file. Reporting to office manager when renewals are requiredKeeping certification of equipment in date and on fileReportsGeneral administration and ad hoc administration dutiesWhat we're looking for:Strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft Excel).
