About the Role:
PE Global is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a dynamic role.
The position involves managing a high-volume ledger across multiple sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, and public sector clients.
This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our offices in Cork.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee debtor collections
* Ensure prompt recovering of overdue invoices
* Engage with external customers and internal teams to resolve queries effectively
* Daily debtor receipt allocations
* Customer account reconciliations
* Identify and address payment discrepancies and disputes
* Report to senior management on ledger statuses and updates
* Ad hoc duties, as required
Requirements:
* Excellent computer and excel skills are a requirement
* Advanced Excel preferable
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a Medium Large Company Environment
* Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* Self-driven, motivated, and highly organised individual
* An effective team player, who demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to completion of tasks
