Demand Planning Manager – Cork (Office‑Based)

What You'll Do
* Lead the full SIOP cycle and drive continuous improvement.
* Build accurate demand forecasts using data, analytics, and market insight.
* Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Units to align plans.
* Monitor demand trends and proactively adjust forecasts.
* Optimise inventory levels to support service and working capital goals.
* Enhance planning tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
What You Bring
* 5+ years in demand planning or supply chain.
* Strong forecasting and ERP/MRP experience.
* Advanced Excel and analytical capability; BI tools a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Experience in high‑tech or semiconductor environments is beneficial.
