The role involves leading the organisation's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will align technology initiatives with business goals, ensure robust cybersecurity and compliance, manage vendors and budgets, and oversee systems integration across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute IT strategy supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Oversee network infrastructure, cloud systems, and core business applications.Drive digital transformation and the adoption of modern, scalable technologies.Implement cybersecurity frameworks and ensure data protection compliance (GDPR).Lead system integrations, upgrades, and standardisation across departments.Manage IT operations, including support processes, hardware/software assets, and third-party providers.Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring value and service quality.Manage integration and optimisation of key operational systems, including:Manage integration and optimisation of key operational systems, including:Property Management Systems (Opera Cloud, Opera v5)Physical & Digital Access Systems (Flexipass, Salto)F&B & Ticketing POS (Micros Simphony, Admit One)F&B Reservations Platforms (Open Table, SevenRooms)Spa & Gym Booking & POS (Premier Core/One Journey, bSport)Procurement Solutions (Procure Wizard)Maintenance & Compliance Tools (Alkimii, KitchTech)Legal & Contract Management (Ironclad)Develop and manage IT budgets, tracking operational and capital expenditures.Support technology planning and implementation for new projects or business units.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in IT leadership across multi-site or multi-jurisdiction environments.Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cloud systems (e.g., Azure, AWS).Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy (especially GDPR).Demonstrated success in vendor management and contract negotiation.Experience managing enterprise applications and system integrations.Strong project management and change leadership skills.Financial acumen with experience handling IT budgets and cost optimisation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capability.Candidates will be expected to travel periodically.Desired Skills and ExperienceThe role involves leading the organisation's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
