An exciting opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Compensation and Benefits professional to assume a leadership role in our operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Spearheading the Compensation and Benefits department
* Coordinating large-scale events, conferences, private parties, and social gatherings
* Liaising with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless event execution
* Managing staff rosters and coordinating C&B team activities
* Motivating and developing team members through training, team meetings, and performance evaluations
* Covering front-of-house duty management shifts as needed
This position demands strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
