Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with professional standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice
Adhere to HIQA, HSE, and NMBI guidelines and policies
Support patients, families, and carers with dignity and respect
Requirements
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Recognised nursing qualification (General, Psychiatric, Intellectual Disability, Children's, or Midwifery considered depending on role)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high standards of patient care
