Job Description
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are hiring monitoring operators to join our quickly growing team working in our Alarm Receiving Centre. This role offers an exceptional customer service experience while responding to alarm activations from clients' security, fire, and access control systems, along with daily reporting, health checks, and inspection of client systems. The role involves a high level of responsibility and offers endless career growth opportunities as the business continues to expand. This position is based in Tipperary.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to active security system activations following strict system and site protocols.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
3. Perform daily reporting according to control room requirements.
4. Conduct daily remote health checks and performance inspections of customer systems.
Requirements
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Strong customer service skills.
* Desire to expand knowledge, learn, grow, and develop in a fast-moving business environment.
* Energetic and motivated, able to work long hours when required to meet deadlines, including overtime and being on call.
* Excellent personal presentation, always representing the company in a polite and professional manner.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a changing workload.
* Ability to meet the needs and wants of customers proactively.

Salary Range: €30,000 - €40,000 per year.
