Frank Nyhan & Associates LLP Solicitors, a general practice law firm in Mallow, Co. Cork are seeking to recruit a detail-orientated Legal Assistant to support fee earners. Previous legal office experience will be an advantage but not essential. The role is full time and office based but we will consider flexible part-time hours for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
* Providing fee earners with support and assistance
* Maintaining and updating client files (both physical and digital)
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for fee earners
* Producing legal documents
* Assisting with predominantly conveyancing and probate matters
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, banks, barristers, and other third parties
* Managing filing and general administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Attention to detail
* Computer proficiency
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Good work ethic and willingness to learn
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
