We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team in our Knights Bar at Dublins Leading Castle Hotel.

We are located just 10 minutes from the heart of Dublin City Centre and 5 miles from Dublin Airport, tucked away in a tranquil setting, surrounded by fabulous golf courses and the sounds of lapping waters from the Irish Sea.
Objective of the Role
Under the general guidelines of the Departmental Supervisor/Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in restaurants across the hospitality and have a wealth of knowledge on Food & Beverage offerings as well as demonstrating a great passion for the F&B Function within the hotel and providing exceptional guest service.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
* To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel.
* To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.
* To maximise sales and revenue in the F&B outlets at all times.
* To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner
* To deliver at all times the highest quality of beverage and food service in our Food and Beverage outlets
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a busy hotel F&B outlet is essential.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
* Strong Customer Focus essential.
* Self-motivated and tasks orientated
* Attention to detail
