This involves analyzing learning needs, creating curricula, managing third-party training, and delivering instructor-led sessions and materials to maximize the value of learning for employees. We are currently looking for a Coordinator - Learning Development and Delivery to support the Manager, International Sales & Leadership Training in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, invitations, registrations, attendance, and follow-ups for internal and external training sessions. Set up courses and sessions in Teams/Zoom and our internal LMS platform; manage access, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery. Track certification and recertificationcompletion and provide regular reporting to leadership. Maintain/upload content version control on SharePoint/Teams/Highspot Launch post-training surveys, compile insights and dashboards, identify trends, and propose improvements. Maintain and update training resources, guides, and supporting documentation. Liaise with International Marketing, Medical Affairs, BI&A, and local country teamsto ensure alignment and timely execution of training initiatives. Support additional SL&D projects requiring cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications & Profile 1-3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or training support roles. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and time zones. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with LMS platforms; Salesforceexposure is a plus. Excellent English required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese) are an advantage.
