Job Title: Part Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. You will also be required to reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, prepare and submit VAT returns, and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements:

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience and hold an Accounting Technician or IPASS certification. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel is also essential. In addition, you should have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
