The Opportunity
We are working with a leading international law firm in Dublin that is continuing to grow its Corporate practice. The team advises innovative, high-growth businesses and global investors on complex corporate transactions, with a strong focus on venture capital, private equity and cross-border M&A.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate who enjoys high levels of client exposure, international work and involvement in transactions from early-stage investment through to exit.

The Role
You will advise investors, founders and management teams on a broad range of corporate matters, including venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. The role involves working on cross-border transactions, advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle, and supporting clients through growth funding, exits and strategic transactions. You will work closely with international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional deals and play an active role in managing transactions and client relationships.
The Person
You will have strong experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier Irish, UK or international firm. A background in M&A, venture capital or private equity is essential, with exposure to exits, growth funding rounds and complex transactions. You will be commercially minded, confident running matters with appropriate support, and enjoy working closely with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
