Personal Lines Customer Service Executive – Clare

This insurance company is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. They are committed to providing their clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry. They focus on finding solutions for their customers' insurance needs, including home, travel, car insurance, commercial packages, and life and pension products.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in our Clare office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
2. Conducting research to identify potential new clients or markets
3. Regularly reading industry publications and attending relevant events or webinars
4. Understanding the client's needs and tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements
5. Sharing insights with colleagues and clients to enhance their understanding of the market
6. Chasing leads provided by the marketing team.
7. Regularly reviewing accounts receivable to identify outstanding balances
Requirements:
8. APA or CIP qualified.
9. CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements
10. A minimum of 1 year insurance experience.
11. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
12. Ability to work well in a team environment
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
