Our client, a Global Organisation is seeking an experienced Systems Support Specialistto join their EMEIA support team in Cork.
This role focuses on managing and triaging support tickets, diagnosing technical issues across multiple systems, and driving continuous improvements to processes and platforms.
About the Role Monitor and manage incoming support tickets.
Triage and assign tickets to relevant regional and local teams.
Own escalations and issues requiring central team involvement.
Investigate and diagnose issues across multiple systems.
Identify recurring issues and support system/process improvements.
About the Person: Experience in a technical support, systems, or operational role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
SQL experience is a strong advantage.
