This team builds and operates petabyte-scale core data platforms that support large-scale database, storage, caching, and media infrastructure.In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect, develop, and manage the next generation of distributed database and storage systems—critical to the infrastructure behind a major global commerce operation. You’ll work closely with fellow engineers, business stakeholders, customers, and product managers to scale and optimize core data infrastructure.What you will accomplish:You will be building and managing massively scalable database and storage systems.As a self-motivated and enthusiastic technical leader of our team, you will collaborate with extremely inquisitive and proficient peers leading and designing data infrastructure using your strong background in distributed systems, storage and large-scale database systemsYou will work in an agile environment with a focus on problem solving and engineering precision.
