SUMMARY
The Site Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer and employee experience.
This role leads day-to-day operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures that the business is well-coordinated, productive, and aligned with Jabil company standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with strong organizational insight, capable of planning and managing diverse activities while coaching teams to perform at a best-in-class level.
This role suits someone who is adept at leading through change, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring that teams and processes support long-term business and customer success.
The position reports directly to the Operations Director.
Location: Dublin, Dublin 15 - greater Blanchardstown area, on site

Person specification:
· Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with significant experience in senior operational leadership roles in complex or fast paced organizations
· Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to work with and lead cross functional teams.
· Decision Making skills and confidence to challenge others on decisions that impact the manufacturing area.
· Strong planning & organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Agile and resilient with a growth mindset
· A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired criteria
· Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in an electronic manufacturing-services company.
· Extensive experience working directly with business customers and developing the customer relationship.
· Commercially aware and ability to review and manage operational costs of a significant OEM account.
· Demonstrated experience in defining and executing operational performance and process improvement initiatives for maximum efficiency, while supporting shifting business demands.
· Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
· Strong communicator both written and verbal with ability to influence across numerous stakeholders at varying levels.
· Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., materials/supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, Security, IT etc.)
· Experience in leading process improvements / lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
