Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the cleanroom design industry for the biopharmaceutical sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective coordination support to the EHS department, actively participating in the maintenance and development of key EHS programs.
* Provide effective support to the EHS department.
* Participate in the maintenance and development of key EHS programs.
* Identify training needs, coordinate training courses, and prepare and deliver training material as required.
* Facilitate functional team meetings.
* Produce monthly management cascade communication, site bulletins, and functional performance board metrics.
* Handle inquiries from all internal stakeholders on EHS issues.
* Facilitate department and stakeholder meetings.
* Prepare and publish updates on Irish/EU legislation and corporate standards.
* Manage the incident/near miss reporting program, track and publish metrics, issue regular communications, and promote participation.
* Liaise with external service providers.
* Manage financial administration for the EHS department (purchase orders, invoicing, etc.).
Requirements:
* Level 7 or Higher qualification in a related field.
* At least 2 years' experience in a related role.
* Knowledge of EHS processes and training.
* Relevant experience.
* Ability to plan and organize.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
