Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)PositionJob Title: Marketing and Communications ExecutiveReports To: Director of Membership & Public AffairsTerm: Full-Time Position – subject to successful completion of 6-month probationary periodHours: Normal work hours will be Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.Key Responsibilities and Accountability:Content Creation – Write and edit content for newsletters, reports, and other internal/external communications. Monitor websites for news article curation and ensure timely updates.Social Media Management – Draft, plan, and schedule social media campaigns.Monitor and analyse social media performance to develop content for newsletters.Email Marketing – Design and draft email campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking. Implement processes to simplify and streamline email marketing efforts.Website Front-End and Template Development – Design posts for releases and publications.Support page development by other teams and streamline processes.Administration of Regular Professional Guidance Articles – Identify and create relevant questions based on member input, seasonal trends, or public interest. Manage the author commissioning process and publication calendar to ensure a constant flow of articles.Stakeholder Engagement – Support outreach and engagement with members, partners, and the public.Support Ad Hoc Campaigns across the organisation.Experience & CompetenciesThis role suits a person with strong communication skills who works well in a team environment.
