Overview
Fitness & Administration Assistant role at Anytime Fitness Maynooth. This is a part-time position with Aura Holohan Group. The Fitness & Administration Assistant role is to drive service excellence by building and developing member relationships, taking ownership and responding to members queries, providing information to prospective members regarding the Club facilities and services, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve company service and support to our members.
You will assist the Club Manager to ensure the efficient day to day operations of the club, while promoting the company brand and supporting the Anytime Fitness Club to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
* The Fitness and Administration Assistant will communicate with prospects/members by phone, email and in person, providing the accurate information regarding the club's facilities, services and policies.
* You will recruit new prospects/members to achieve set targets, assisting the Club Manager with local community outreach activities, corporate visits and presentations. You will work with the team to develop the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.
* You will also be ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal and HR requirements while also maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
* The Fitness Administration Assistant role includes providing group exercise classes, personal trainer inductions to new and existing members, exercise assistance on gym floor and Inbody assessments.
Qualifications
* Have an EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 Fitness instructor certificate, or equivalent.
* Target driven with some fitness experience.
* Have fantastic people skills
* Enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Computer savvy and have some knowledge of the industry.
