Job Title: QA Lead
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our Digital Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of quality assurance across products, leading both manual and automated testing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage the Testing team effectively. You will also be required to define and evolve testing strategy in line with business objectives, working closely with Development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the Agile lifecycle.
This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and comfort in a fast-changing environment. The successful candidate must be proficient on relevant tools day-to-day.
