BTC Ireland is a newly formed entity within the New Wave Group of companies. We are looking to create a role for a Warehouse Manager who will lead and optimise all warehousing, logistics, and distribution functions within our newly created Dublin Facility.
Within this role, you will provide excellent customer service to both external & internal customers, ensuring the professional & efficient processing of a busy distribution Warehouse. This includes resource and capacity planning and administration. You will have the ability to demonstrate high standards in all aspects of warehousing focusing daily on "Quality, Cost & Delivery". Key to this is ensuring that stock levels are controlled to maximise availability & processes implemented & managed in accordance with BTC Operations.
Key Performance Indicators
* Effective Layout to maximise efficiency of order processing
* Reduce stock losses/damaged stock
* Budgets controlled (Headcount, Overtime, stationery, maintenance etc.)
* Improve warehouse attendance percentage
* Drive KPI's to ensure output is maximised in all areas
* Understanding of Quality & Standards
* Understanding of HR policies and procedures regarding WTD, Disciplinary Issues, etc.
* Demonstrate due diligence in Fire Prevention, Health & Safety, First Aid
* Maintenance of Site & equipment.
* Ensure throughput is maximised to achieve Company SLA/KPI's
Internal and External Customers
* Managing the administration office and meeting accounting/reporting deadlines
* Providing leadership for Warehouse colleagues
* Build and maintain relationship with all internal customers, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, IT, Operations on all sites
* Build and maintain relationship with external suppliers, Packaging, Recruitment, Transport, MHE, Racking…etc.
* Deliver company KPI's
Quality & Compliance
* Ensuring customer SLA's are met, with good understanding of Customers requirements
* Identifying under performers and setting clear objectives to improve throughput accuracy
* Driving improvements in pick, replenishment, & put away accuracy – target 99%
* Organising rotational stock checks and annual stock take working with PI & GI
* Complying with Health and Safety legislation, training employees and monitoring adherence
* Scrutinising the Accident Book and demonstrating "lessons learnt"
* Responsible for security of stock and premises

* Contribute and participate to the annual PDR process; react and respond in a flexible and positive way to reasonable requests
Managing People
* Monitor and feedback on performance
* Carry out annual and interim review

* Constant communication with team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
* Support learning & development
* Support colleagues to enable development in line with PDP
* Report development & training requests back to HR.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience (5–10 years) in logistic management, ideally within a wholesale, retail, or FMCG environment.
* Strong track record in warehouse management and cross-border logistics ideally UK–Ireland though directly into mainland Europe would be desirable.
* Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.
* Proficiency with warehouse and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Knowledge of EU and UK (desirable) customs, transport, and health & safety regulations.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.
