Job Role:
* Regularly review and update Company Health & Safety requirements such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures, Safety Statement, Lift Plans etc. and ensure compliance.
* Conduct tool box talks where necessary.
* Implement new processes and H&S policies where identifiable.
* Ensure all training records & Plant Records (GA1) are accurate and up to date
* Supporting on site regulatory audits and maintaining all documentation
* Ensure we maintain our ISO 9001 compliant in relation to our management processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a health and safety position an advantage.
* Experience within a construction environment would be an advantage.
* Experience in safety, or administrative roles
* Strong communication skills to explain safety procedures and regulations clearly and concisely to people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
* Good team-working skills
