Site Manager Residential Project (Houses & Apartments) Location: County Wicklow Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development in County Wicklow, consisting of a mix of houses and apartments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth coordination of all trades and subcontractors.
Liaise closely with the Contracts Manager to plan and deliver project stages effectively.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Monitor project progress and keep detailed records of site activity.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site resources efficiently.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure high standards of workmanship throughout.
Attend site meetings and report on project status, risks, and milestones.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects (housing & apartments essential).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Full driving licence.
Relevant qualifications in construction or site management (e.g., CIF, SMSTS, or equivalent) desirable.
