Dennehy Pro Plus, is a growing LCV Renault dealership in Ballycoolen, Dublin 15. We are seeking a highly motivated Warranty and Vehicle Administrator to join our team
This role is vital to our business in ensuring all warranty claims and vehicle administration are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the Service Department and maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty:
* Processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers in line with policies and deadlines.
* Monitoring and tracking claims to ensure timely payment and resolution.
* Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to validate warranty work.
* Maintaining accurate records of all claims, authorisations, and related documentation.
* Identifying and investigating rejected or short-paid claims, resubmitting where appropriate.
* Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership procedures.
* Supporting the wider Aftersales team as required.
Vehicle:
* Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, NCT, tax, leasing, and hire agreements.
* Monitor and schedule vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Process vehicle hire and return documentation, liaising with customers and suppliers.
* Manage fuel cards, toll accounts, mileage logs, and driver records.
Skills Experience
Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or Aftersales Administrator role within the motor industry is highly desirable.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems and dealership DMS (e.g. Kerridge, Autoline, CDK, etc.) an advantage.
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
