Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into youLead a team of Patrollers carrying out various types of Patrol on ESB NetworkEnsure project is adequately resourced to meet monthly targetsAssist in training of new patrolling staffDaily monitoring of work activities to identify and address any shortfall before it has impact on monthly figuresEnsure all data is captured correctlyEnsure there is sufficient work stream to allow patrolling resources to work efficientlyEnsure all work is carried out to correct standard and that QC on work is completed correctlyEnsure all work is Qc and signed off in a timely mannerLiaise with Contractor's to ensure any issues are addressedFeedback progress to Patrolling ManagerBased on 60% site based and 30% Office basedRequirements:Safe PassFull Clean Driving license3+ years' experience in a similar roleAbility to read and understand the Electrical Network DiagramsExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills requiredLeadership, Communication, and NegotiationBenefits:Pension planLife assurance – 4 times your annual salaryEmployee assistance programmeRefer a friend schemeMaternity payEmployee discounts – on hotels, gyms, electronics and moreEducational assistanceCareer progression opportunitiesLong Service Awards
