Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support, allowing for active participation and engagement.
2. Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, working in collaboration with colleagues across the organization.
3. Lead and direct operational staff within services to ensure that robust people management principles are embedded.
4. Ensure that quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision, adhering to internal and external quality and registration standards.
Requirements:
* A nursing qualification or a relevant third-level qualification in the Health/Social Care Sector.
* Minimum 5 years' management experience in the Health Sector.
* Management qualification.
* Budgetary/financial, employee relations, and team management experience.
* Fully clean Irish manual driving licence.
* Proficiency in the Irish language (support provided for development).
