A logistics coordinator is required to oversee the smooth operation of customer collected shipment processes, ensuring timely and accurate provision of shipping related information to key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, including haulage, air and ocean freight.
* Preparing and managing all export-related documentation, including Incoterms 2020.
* Liaising with internal teams, such as customer service, procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination of export activities.
This role requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems, are also essential.
