Position Overview
You will support various HR processes for our client, overseeing a team in HR Business Process Outsourcing, including recruitment, scholarship and internship management, leave and benefits administration, training administration, events management, data entry, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee a team of officers in HR BPO operations, ensuring adherence to policies and customer expectations.
2. Verify and approve team deliverables according to SOPs.
3. Coach and provide on-the-job training to team members.
4. Collaborate with HR Manager/Director on staff training, performance reviews, and welfare.
5. Meet established KPIs.
6. Engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings with customers.
7. Address customer issues promptly.
8. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws.
Qualities We Value
* Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
* Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including supervisory roles.
* Experience in shared services is advantageous.
* Experience working with government ministries and statutory boards is preferred.
* Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Office.

* Results-driven with high initiative and attention to detail.
