We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Lead Kitchen Professional to oversee our kitchen operations. This role requires a seasoned culinary expert who can motivate, manage, and develop a dynamic team of chefs while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong leader with a passion for food and a drive to take ownership of the kitchen's day-to-day activities. Previous experience managing a high-volume kitchen operation is essential, as well as valid work permit documentation and a proven track record in running a busy kitchen.
You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing a team of chefs to maintain exceptional standards of food quality and service
* Developing innovative menus that balance creativity with customer needs and preferences
* Ensuring effective ordering, stock control, and cost management to achieve financial targets and goals
* Driving compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe working environment
* Collaborating with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
