Responsibilities
The Global Logistics team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to develop and drive logistics End-of-Life programs. This includes the aspects of managing the inbound and outbound logistics for Data Centers deployment and reverse logistics, overseeing supplier warehouses, and supporting decommission and retrofit related planning and service migration activities and knowledge of cross border import and export regulations. A hyper-scaled data center comprises a massive hardware demography - product category, original manufacturer, years of warranty, cost, and efficiency. The individual we're looking for would be a fast learner who is able to grasp critical information, apply best practices, hands-on and devise plans for execution.
 * Drive and manage warehouse day to day activities such as inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, stock take within warehouse.
 * Maintain inventory accuracy, timely intervention of discrepancies.
 * First point of escalation of all supply chain operational related matters within assigned regions.
 * Monitor & report related operational KPIs; asset accuracy, discrepancies.
 * Audit operational process flows to ensure it adheres to logistics management & finance compliance.
 * Oversee & manage LSPs or internal warehouse activities.
 * Support last mile delivery process to LSPs / Integrated Warehouse.
 * Able to perform physical warehouse activities such as goods receiving, transfers, distribution and related operations in the systems.
 * Must be "hands‑on" and willing to roll up sleeve to support operational activities.
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Supply, Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Security, Platform for operational activities.
 * Execute complex relocation, decommission, and liquidation plans.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
 * Bachelor degree in a supply chain or logistics management field, or equivalent practical experience
 * 5+ years of Supply Chain and Logistics Management experience within Data Center space
 * Familiarity with TMS, WMS and inventory management equivalent systems
 * Experience executing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
 * Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies, and a "hands‑on" approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
 * Self-driven. Adaptive to multi-culture environment
 * Professional proficiency level is required in English
Preferred Qualifications
 * Master degree in supply chain management.
 * Experience with data center hardware, including servers and network equipment
 * Analytical skills to query data sources and glean insights from complex data
 * Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. Global Trade regulations experience is a plus.
