Giraffe Childcare's Central Office Enquiry Support role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage incoming phone and email enquiries. Main Responsibilities:
* Respond to all client communications proactively and efficiently
* Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Maintain accurate records of client information using CRM system software
* Familiarize yourself with Giraffe locations, services provided, fee structures, available childcare funding options Ensure timely booking processes for clients along with handling deposits payments securely. Effective waiting list management also forms part of this role
