Role Description
We are expanding our team and wish to recruit an Aviation Recruiter on a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting recruitment strategies tailored to aviation. Daily tasks involve collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and aligning recruitment efforts with client needs. The role demands a proactive approach to connecting top talent with our broad client base, worldwide.
Requirements
* Desirable 2+ years within Aviation recruitment along with proven industry knowledge and experience.
* Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including sourcing strategies and applicant tracking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
* Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessing candidate qualifications.
* Ability to work independently, showcasing a proactive approach in achieving candidate submission deadlines set by our clients.
* Experience working within tight timeframes, managing high volume applications whilst achieving and exceeding targets.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
