The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who values flexibility and work–life balance. The role is ideal for someone who wants consistent, meaningful part-time work in a professional setting.

You'll be the organisational backbone of our office, ensuring client paperwork and compliance tasks run smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and sending client application forms (via Adobe Sign).
* Liaising with pension and investment providers to track paperwork.
* Scheduling client meetings and managing the team calendar.
* Logging compliance tasks and updating client CRM records.
* Sitting in on quarterly client reviews to capture action points.
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

What We're Looking For

* Previous admin experience in financial services (life & pensions desirable).
* QFA qualification is an advantage, but not essential — recent hands-on admin experience is more valuable.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident with IT systems (CRM, Microsoft Office, digital signatures).
* Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
* A team player who enjoys contributing in a small, collaborative office.
