We're currently recruiting an experienced and passionate
Chef de Partie
on behalf of a well-established, award-winning hotel in Macroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional Irish ingredients, from free-range poultry to artisan cheeses and fresh-baked breads, in a kitchen where quality and creativity are at the heart of every dish.
The Role
In this position, you'll rotate across a variety of services within the hotel:
* Contemporary gastropub (lunch & dinner)
* Traditional-style café
* Elegant dining room & banqueting events
* Breakfast service
You'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences, whether it's a busy lunch service or a special event menu.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
* Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
* Supporting menu development with seasonal, local produce
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen
* A recognised culinary qualification (e.g., QQI Level 5/6, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Genuine passion for cooking and sustainability
* Strong communication skills in English
* A positive, team-oriented mindset
